- Website usage — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, bill for, and support our services.
- To send account, service, billing, appointment, and support messages you have agreed to receive.

3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program
If you opt in, we send account, service, billing, and support text messages through the SmarterTel messaging service. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive these messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and we do not sell your phone number or messaging consent.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our services and never for third-party marketing:
- Service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g., our messaging carrier, payment/accounting providers) under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to perform services for us. SMS/mobile opt-in consent is excluded from any sharing for marketing purposes.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption of sensitive stored data at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
