SMS / Messaging Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by SmarterTel, a service of LiraTechs LLC ("SmarterTel," "we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
When you opt in, we send transactional and informational text messages related to your account and services, including billing and invoice notifications, service and maintenance notices, appointment and installation confirmations, and replies to your support requests. This is not a marketing program.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a SmarterTel onboarding or contact form;
- Agreeing in a signed service agreement; or
- Providing verbal consent during an onboarding or support call, which we document.
Typical consent language: "By providing your mobile number you agree to receive account, service, and support text messages from SmarterTel. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information and opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll, and at least 18 years old.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
