Is there a phone server in our office?
No. The system is hosted in the cloud. The only equipment on site is the phones themselves — plus a small line box if you have elevator or alarm lines with us.
Do we keep our numbers?
Yes — every one of them, including the fax number. We port them with zero downtime; callers never notice the switch.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Calls keep ringing in the cloud and forward to cell phones or voicemail until you're back. Elevator and alarm lines don't use your internet at all — they run on cellular with battery backup.
Can you take over our elevator and fire alarm lines?
Yes. We install dedicated, battery-backed lines built to code, test them with your elevator tech and alarm company, and keep the inspection paperwork on file.
Is call recording legal in California?
California is a two-party-consent state, so recording is opt-in per line and every recorded call is announced up front. You control it — most offices leave it off.
What does it cost?
One flat per-line rate with no device-rental or surprise fees, re-negotiated every year. Send us your current bill and we'll quote it line for line.
